“I started at Deckers in 2002, just a couple of years out of college. I had a feeling it was a good fit when I walked in wearing a borrowed suit – but everyone I interviewed with was wearing jeans, t-shirts, and flip-flops. I couldn’t have anticipated then, the opportunities working at Deckers would offer, and that first interview 15 years ago, would lead me to become the Director of Global Marketing for Sanuk. Over the course of my career at Deckers, I have had the opportunity to work directly with inspirational leaders and mentors, and my favorite thing about my role today is that I can now pass that mentorship onto the new generation here.”
