The world has been very good to us. In turn, we want to be good to the world. That’s why we actively support employee volunteer efforts and charities that share our values and our commitment to improving the lives of people everywhere we do business.


Deckers Art of Kindness (AOK)

Deckers Art of Kindness (AOK) is a biannual, week-long event dedicated to volunteering and making a positive impact in our global communities. It reflects our value of Doing Good and Doing Great, allowing our business success to help us do good for people and planet around the world.

We've volunteered over 10,000 hours through our Art of Kindness events so far—and we’re just getting started!

Deckers Gives

Our employees are people who strive to make a difference in the world. It’s what sets them apart. That’s why we offer real support to help them give back to the workplace, their community and the world.

Some of our employee programs include charitable donation matches, paid volunteer time, charity grants and recognition of employees going above and beyond in the community.

Partner Organizations

We take our donations seriously and are constantly evaluating our list of charitable partners. We support charities that focus on education, supporting underserved communities, uplifting youth, social and racial justice and the environment.
