Summary: The Buyer will be responsible for establishing, managing and evolving the purchasing function across all brands within Deckers Europe. The successful candidate will review, plan, and forecast future buys by using information provided by Sales Managers. The Buyer will be required to interact with persons throughout all levels of the organization, including wholesalers, distributors and vendors to order the required inventory for coming seasons. The buyer will have the ability to establish a strategy to maximize sales and profitability through accurate and timely product allocation, inventory planning and monthly inventory review. The buyer will also be working with the Customer Services and Sales Teams to ensure inventory demand is managed to fulfill customer orders without being overstocked.

Summary: The Credit and Collections Manager will minimize debts, maximize recoveries and reduce costs through the effective and efficient management of resources.
